Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures contained within the website are a true reflection of the Alexski products, these may be subject to change without notice due to alexski's ongoing commitment to product development. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Availability
Alexski products are occasionally out of stock. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet delivery.

Complaints
The easiest way to resolve any problems that you may experience is to telephone the Alexski offices on the day. They will ensure that any issues are rectified. If you are still not satisfied please send in details of your complaint to: info@alexski.com.

Exchanges
We will endevour to exchange any pair of gloves that are in perfect unused condition for another colour or size providing alexski has them in stock. Please return the gloves for exchange within 7 days of receipt to alexski, Warnford House, Warnford, Hampshire SO32 3LB via any reputable courier service with tracking and inform the alexski office of the tracking number.

Refunds
You have the right to return any goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gloves within 30 days and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit card used for original payment.

Data Protection
Your privacy is our highest priority - We will never disclose your personal details to a third party under any circumstances.
